Found your workshop on AAPPI? Take ownership of the listing so you can receive pre-paid bookings, manage availability, and use the AAPPI digital inspection tool.
Heads up — AAPPI is launching in Brisbane in 2026. If your workshop appears on AAPPI, you can request to claim and verify it here. If your workshop is not listed yet, add it instead.
How claiming works
Four steps. Most claims resolve within 1–2 business days of the verification call.

You find your listing
Your workshop appears on AAPPI — either through a buyer search or your own Google query. The listing is currently unverified.

Submit a claim request
Use the form below. Tell us which workshop you’re claiming, your role, and how we can verify ownership.

Quick verification call
A short call to confirm trade qualifications, business registration, and that you’re authorised to manage the listing.

Listing transferred to you
Once verified, the listing becomes yours. You control the content, manage availability, and start receiving pre-paid bookings through AAPPI.
What you can update after verification
Once the listing is yours, you control everything that buyers see and everything that affects your booking flow.
- Workshop name, description, and photos
- Address, contact details, and opening hours
- Services offered, pricing, and inspection scope
- Mechanic credentials and qualifications shown publicly
- Booking availability and lead-time settings
- Email + SMS notification preferences for new bookings
Verification requirements
Same standard as a new application — we verify the same three documents whether you're claiming an existing listing or registering fresh.
Proof of business registration
Current ABN that matches the workshop name. We also check that the business is active.
Trade qualifications
Evidence that licensed Australian mechanics work at the workshop — trade licence numbers or certifications.
Insurance certificate
A current public liability insurance certificate of currency. We check expiry date and coverage amount.
We'll request the actual documents during the verification call — no need to upload anything in this form.
